Ready to start: two interventions at the Mare Pineta entrance.
For next summer we will have a completely renovated historic villa, with 6 apartments to accommodate up to 6 people each. The new offices with executive spaces are also on the way. New entrance to Mare Pineta… new vacation!
VILLA
The renovation of the historic villa involves the creation of 6 apartments, with access from a common central staircase and served by a lift on the three levels above ground. Each apartment will consist of a large living area with kitchen and sofa bed, two double bedrooms, one of which with a dedicated bathroom, utility room and bathroom. The ground floor has direct access to the green garden that surrounds the villa, while the apartments on the first floor will have generous external wooden structure balconies; on the second floor there are “pockets” in the roof to ensure small outdoor spaces. The villa’s typology complies the traditional local architecture, as Superintendency request, deriving from the guideline which guarantee the property value. The intervention will complete the partial external cladding in Aurisina stone, already present in other interventions.
OFFICE
The small building for office use will be expanded with the construction of a new first floor. On the ground floor there will be the offices, with relative closet and bathroom; on the first floor will be created a generous meeting room with a double balcony. The intervention, in terms of typology and materials, will take up the same language as the villa on the front.
